All Sales Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, fit, color preference, or general buyer’s remorse. Please review photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
Many of our items are vintage or previously owned; light wear consistent with age and use is normal and will be noted where material. If you have questions about condition, please email us before ordering.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us at hello@pintastichobbies.com within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, inner packaging materials, outer shipping box, and shipping label
We take extra care when packaging fragile items such as glassware, china, ceramics, porcelain, plates, bowls, figurines, and other breakable collectibles. If a fragile item arrives damaged, please keep the damaged item, all packaging materials, and the shipping box until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require this for inspection or claim documentation.
Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide one of the following at our discretion: a replacement, when available, or a refund to your original payment method. Because many of our items are vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind, exact replacements are often not available.
Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Note on packaging damage: Minor wear to outer packaging that doesn’t affect the item itself isn’t considered damage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will gladly share tracking details and any available shipment information to help you file a carrier claim.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they’ve been placed, as we begin processing quickly. Please double-check your shipping address and items before checkout.
Non-Returnable Items (for clarity)

All items (including sale items and gift cards) are final sale.

Custom or personalized items (if offered) are also final sale.
Legal Rights & Warranties
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law. We honor mandatory consumer protections related to defective goods and misdeliveries.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, email hello@pintastichobbies.com within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, with any original tags/packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

This right does not apply to custom/personalized items or sealed goods opened after delivery when not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons (where applicable).
